During the “Capacity Building on Contract Drafting” program organized by the Directorate General of Treasury (DJPb), Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, Taufik Riyadi Nirizki Putra & Partners (TRNP Law Firm), represented by our Managing Partner, Mr. Nirizki Perdana Putra, together with our Associate, Fauzi Muhammad Dzulfiqar, had the opportunity to deliver a presentation entitled “Best Practices in Contract Drafting from a Legal Practitioner’s Perspective.”

On this occasion, TRNP Law Firm shared practical insights into contract drafting, drawing from extensive legal practice and professional experience, with an emphasis on sound structure, substantive clarity, and effective legal risk mitigation.

In addition to the presentation, the session featured an interactive discussion on the implementation of contract drafting principles within DJPb, including key considerations related to clarity, enforceability, and legal risk mitigation in government contracts.
