Nirizki Perdana Putra is a Managing Partner at TRNP Law Firm. Since 2006 he has entered lawyering world and joined reputable law firms, also he has worked on property company in Jakarta as a Legal Manager at quiet young age.

Has a lot of experiences in Litigation within years, focusing his expertise on Civil & Commercial Litigation, bankruptcy and payment suspension/debt restructuring, insurance litigation, Criminal litigation and Intellectual Property (IP) by always noticing carefully the litigation steps to get an effective and efficient legal solution for the benefit of the client.

He has capability and experienced in handling Corporate & Commercial law, Insurance, Banking, Property & real estate, and Manpower (labor). He also experienced in Legal Advice and Legal Due Diligence in assisting companies when they carried out corporate actions, such as preparation of general meeting of the shareholders, shares transaction, as well as merger and acquisition.

Nirizki also well versed in negotiation, negotiation for client’s business interest as well as negotiation for client’s dispute settlement especially in client’s business dispute in an effective and efficient way. He hold license as an Advocate and has a license as a Receiver and Administrator also license as Intellectual Property Consultant.

Taufik Riyadi specializing himself in Civil & Commercial Litigation, Competition & Antitrust Litigation, and Constitutional and Administrative law. He also has a lot of relations with government officials, and active in many organizations such as advocate organization, community organization and political organization.

He has handled cases related to business competition at the Business Competition Commission (KPPU), bankruptcy and debt restructuring, commercial litigation, civil litigation, criminal litigation, and state administration. Taufik Riyadi conduct various legal researches such as constitutional and administrative law and drafts various legal academic scripts. He also actively provides legal seminar training, public discussion, write an opinion about law in social media, and also as a lecturer at notable private university in Jakarta. He hold license as an Advocate also has a license as a Receiver and Administrator.

Taufan Eprom practice focuses on criminal, civil and commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, real estate and property law, consumer law, labor law, and family law, Bankruptcy and Payment Suspension/Debt Restructuring.

He begins his carrier in Legal Division at one of notable property company in Indonesia. In 2010 he joined at one of the prominent litigation Law Firm in Jakarta for 9 years. In 2021 he joins TRNP Law Firm.

He has a broader technical and multicultural experience and knowledge which help him to completing a project that he handled.

Arief Rizaldi graduated as a Bachelor of Law from the University of Pancasila n 2016. He is a licensed Advocate since 2019, a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). Arief started his legal career from 2017, leading various cases encompassing business law; specializing in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Criminal Law, and Bankruptcy Law. Additionally, he is proficient at making Legal Opinion, providing customized legal advises following the clients’ needs.

Fauzi is an Associate with expertise in Corporate Law and commercial transactions. Since starting his legal practice in 2019, he has assisted various clients in obtaining business licenses, drafting and reviewing contracts, and mitigating legal risks in the execution of Merger and Acquisition transactions.

Prior to joining TRNP Law Firm, Fauzi practiced in a law firm that handled various needs of corporate clients, especially related to transaction structuring and compliance with business regulations in Indonesia. In addition, he also has experience in handling litigation cases, including postponement of debt payment obligations (PKPU) and bankruptcy cases.

AKBAR APRIANSYAH, known as Abay, is a dedicated legal professional with an excellent academic background and broad experience. Graduated summa cum laude from Esa Unggul University’s Faculty of Law in 2021, he completed PKPA and passed the Advocate Bar Exam (UPA).

He began his career as a Paralegal at a Legal Aid Institute, interned at several law firms, and expanded into corporate roles as Corporate Legal & Compliance and Fraud Analyst. These roles equipped him with expertise in litigation, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and fraud investigation.

Abay is passionate about Civil Law, Bankruptcy & Insolvency, Insurance Law, and Corporate Law. He is known for his strong work ethic, sharp analysis, and adaptability to complex legal challenges. Active in youth organizations, he also demonstrates leadership and a commitment to sustainable impact.

Ranti Nur’azizah is a dedicated litigation and dispute resolution lawyer whose practice focuses on White-Collar Defense, Criminal Litigation, Civil and Commercial Litigation. She has been involved in high-profile corruption defense cases, contributing to trial preparation and legal strategy. Her work has strengthened her understanding of corporate regulation, SOE governance, and criminal liability, with a strong commitment to due process and human dignity. She has also assisted in matters involving administrative litigation, bankruptcy, and suspension of debt payment (PKPU).

She graduated as the Best Law Graduate from Universitas Negeri Semarang in February 2024 and achieved notable results in national moot court competitions, including Champion of the National Moot Court Competition Anti Money Laundering VI and Runner-up in the National Moot Court Competition PERADI.

Naufal Rizqi Kusmayadi is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law, Brawijaya University, who completed his studies in 2025. During his time in college, Naufal was actively involved in a student organization called Forum Mahasiswa Hukum Peduli Keadilan (FORMAH PK FH UB), which focuses on non-litigation advocacy, particularly for communities in need of access to justice. This experience shaped Naufal into an individual who consistently thinks critically about various legal issues. In addition, Naufal has completed the Special Education for the Advocate Profession (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) organized by PERADI. He is currently focused on studying and gaining practical experience in both corporate/commercial law and litigation.

Hasna is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University (2025). During her studies, she was actively involved in the National Moot Court Community of the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University (KMPSN FH UNPAR), and participated in the National Moot Court Competition Bulaksumur VI organized by Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Prior to joining TRNP Law Firm, Hasna gained internship experience at an Advocate Organization and a Legal Media platform. She has also served as a moderator in various legal webinars and legal training programs, and worked as a content creator in the field of legal education. Hasna has a strong interest in Corporate Law, Press Law, and Consumer Protection Law.

A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Trisakti School of Management, April has a solid foundation in economics and corporate finance. I also have experience in financial administration, book keeping, archiving, transaction documentation, and preparing financial reports.

With an educational background in accounting and strong analytical skills, April use to working with precision, attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility in managing company finance accurately and on time.

April proficient in using various financial and accounting applications such as Microsoft Excel, Accurate, and ERP software. Her commitment is to uphold transparency and integrity in every financial process she handle.

Rheza began her career as an administrative staff member, where she built a strong foundation in document management, office operations, and organizational precision. She later pursued her studies and earned a Bachelor of Laws degree, which deepened her understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.

Driven by a strong interest in managerial roles—and supported by her experience in administration and certified knowledge in taxation (brevet license)—Rheza was entrusted to grow her career as an Office Manager. In this role, she demonstrates effective leadership, excellent coordination skills, and a commitment to maintaining a structured, efficient, and compliant workplace.
